This piece was taken directly from the movie Lonesome Dove.  The challenge for me here was painting the water and all the cattle.  After I started this piece, I discovered I may have bitten off a bit more than I could chew, but I stuck with it, and this was the result.  Inquire via e-mail regarding availability of canvas prints of this piece.
